BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

You can book in three ways:

  • Fill out our online booking form on the Book Your Trip page.
  • Send us an inquiry via email or WhatsApp and our agents will guide you.
  • Visit our office directly — walk-ins are always welcome.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your travel date, especially for peak seasons (December–January and Holy Week). For Umrah packages, booking 2–3 months in advance is ideal to secure hotel proximity to the Haram and preferred flight schedules.

Yes. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur rebooking fees depending on the airline and hotel policies. Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure may be eligible for a partial refund. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

Yes, additional travelers can be added as long as slots are still available and the visa timeline allows. Contact us as soon as possible since group rates and hotel room blocks can fill up quickly, especially during peak travel periods.

Most of our tour packages welcome all ages. Children aged 2–11 are typically eligible for a child rate, while infants under 2 travel free on flights but may require a cot fee at the hotel. Specific age policies vary by destination — ask your travel agent for details.

VISA SERVICES

We assist with:

  • Tourist / visitor visas
  • Business visas
  • Student visas
  • Work or employment visas
  • Schengen visas for multiple European countries

No reputable agency can guarantee visa approval, as the final decision rests with the embassy or consulate. What we do guarantee is that your application will be prepared accurately and completely, maximizing your chances of a successful result. We have a high approval rate across all destinations we service.

Processing times vary by country. As a general guide:

  • Japan & Korea: 5–10 business days
  • Schengen (Europe): 15–30 business days
  • UAE / Dubai: 3–5 business days
  • USA / Canada: 4–12 weeks (interview required)

We recommend applying at least 6–8 weeks before your travel date.

Common requirements include:

  • Valid Philippine passport (at least 6 months validity)
  • Accomplished visa application form
  • Bank statements (last 3–6 months)
  • Proof of employment or business (COE, ITR, or business permit)
  • Travel itinerary and hotel booking confirmation

Additional requirements depend on the destination. Your assigned agent will provide a complete checklist.

Visa assistance fees are sometimes included in package rates and sometimes charged separately, depending on the destination. This will always be clearly stated in your quotation before you confirm your booking — no hidden charges.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

We accept:

  • Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank)
  • GCash and Maya (e-wallets)
  • Cash payment at our office
  • Credit / debit card (3% processing fee applies)

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% of the total package price is required to confirm your slot and begin visa processing and flight booking. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before departure. Payment plans may be available on select packages — ask your agent.

Refund eligibility is based on how early you cancel:

  • 60+ days before departure: 80% refund of package cost
  • 31–59 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 15–30 days before departure: 25% refund
  • 14 days or less: No refund

Airline ticket refunds follow airline-specific policies and may take 4–8 weeks to process.

No. Transparent pricing is one of our core values. Your quotation will itemize every cost, including taxes, fees, and any optional add-ons. We will never add charges after you have confirmed your booking without your explicit approval.

TOUR PACKAGES

Most packages include:

  • Round-trip airfare (economy class unless upgraded)
  • Hotel accommodation (twin sharing)
  • Airport transfers and guided tours
  • Visa assistance and travel documentation support

Meals, travel insurance, and personal expenses are generally not included unless stated in the package details.

Absolutely. We offer fully customizable travel packages. Tell us your preferred dates, destinations, hotel category, and activities, and our agents will build a personalized itinerary for you — whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or as a couple.

Yes! We have curated honeymoon packages for destinations like Maldives, Bali, Paris, and Dubai. These typically include romantic hotel upgrades, candlelit dinners, couples spa sessions, and special in-room setups. Let us know your occasion and budget and we’ll make it memorable.

Our group tours typically have 15–30 travelers, which keeps the experience personal without the logistics of a very large group. If you prefer a private tour, we can arrange that for a minimum of 2 persons, and you’ll have a dedicated guide throughout.

DURING YOUR TRIP

For group tours, a Filipino tour leader accompanies the group for the entire trip. In some destinations, a local English-speaking guide is also assigned for city tours. For private or customized packages, a dedicated guide is available upon request.

Our 24/7 support line is active throughout your journey. Your tour leader and our Manila-based operations team are both reachable in case of medical emergencies, flight disruptions, hotel issues, or any other concern. We also coordinate with local embassies and emergency services when needed.

Travel insurance is not automatically included in all packages, but we strongly recommend it and can arrange one for you. Coverage typically includes trip cancellation, medical expenses, lost baggage, and flight delays. Some Schengen visa requirements mandate travel insurance — we’ll include it when required.

You’ll be responsible for personal expenses such as:

  • Meals not included in the itinerary
  • Personal shopping and souvenirs
  • Optional activities or excursions outside the package
  • Tips for guides, drivers, and hotel staff
  • Pocket money and local SIM or roaming charges

Your agent will send a full pre-departure guide with packing tips specific to your destination.
